This might be a difficult event. My experience is that W magnitudes for very red stars are often too optimistic. The V mag is 13.5 and it's not even in the UCAC4. The star is not shown on the C2A charts. The B magnitude is 16. If calculations are correct, however, the target star is 12.5 and the asteroid is 12.9, and the drop could be 0.8. Or, if the V magnitude dominates, then the target is 13.5 and the drop is only 0.5 mag. We are also near the southern limit (but inside it), so the duration is not going to be 6.4s but more like 2s, or maybe even less. So, be prepared. Note it is in a VERY crowded Scutum Star Cloud so ID will be perhaps a bit painful.
